1. As New – Still sealed in box or possibly new old stock
2. Excellent – May have been inked or dipped, possible micro-scratches
3. Very Good – Possible micro-scratches, possible minor visible scratches, light tarnish possible
4. Good – Minor scatches or possible longer scratch(es) (greater than 10 mm), possible tarnish, possible brassing, possible ink staining
5. Fair – Many scratches, possible deep scratches, tarnish, brassing, ink stains, loose clip possible
6. Poor – Generally worn in every way, still fully functional
7. Parts – Good for parts or in need of restoration
