two tone nib, plastic piston, plastic feed, Germany. This puts this pen in the early 90s. The pen has been completely inspected and serviced by Pen Realm and is ready to write. This one has likely seen a lot of use. some plating loss on the clip ring and nib, and a mar on the snowflake/mountain peak finial, along with some micro scratches cause me to give this a C condition rating
