behind a sweet trace, unique in the Mediterranean.
A humid, delicate salt that still carries the stories of those who harvest it by hand, just as in the
past.
The Cervia salt pan has a thousand-year history, taking us back to a time when salt production
was the main activity of local people and its economic value so great that it was defined as ‘white
gold’.
This ancient knowledge that still lives today in the slow, respectful gestures of those who preserve
the tradition.
FEEL Sale di Cervia features semi-transparent grey/blue and ochre tones, enriched with platinum-
finished details, inspired by the light that brushes over the salt flats.
