J. Herbin’s Decorative Phosphorescent Ink is a clear ink that glows in the dark or when exposed to UV light! Perfect for secret note writing and hidden messages, this ink can be used on any color paper since it can only be seen in the dark.
J. Herbin decorative ink is not suitable for fountain pens. It is recommended to use with dip pens and brushes. The pigment can settle so it’s best to shake before using.
